Deborah Beauchamp-May

Deborah visited Angel Fire for the first time in 1986 and in 1988 was able to make Angel Fire her permanent home. She was introduced to the great world of professional ski teaching and became a PSIA-III certified ski instructor. Voted Top 100 Ski Instructor by Ski Magazine and named 2014-2015 Ski Instructor of the Year by Ski New Mexico.

In 2004, Deborah decided to share her Angel Fire by becoming a Realtor and in 2007, became one of the first to earn the Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) designation from NAR. She has sat on the Multiple Listing Service committee with Taos County Association of Realtors (TCAR) since 2005 and served a 1-yr term on the TCAR Board of Directors.

She believes real estate is all about guest service, giving clients all the choices available on the market and finding the information necessary to make informed buying or selling decisions. It is her dedication, hard work, love of learning and high expectations that sets her apart in this business and she is all about understanding your needs and exceeding your expectations.
